借鉴德国"双元制"人才培养模式,走工学结合、校企联合的办学路子,在企业倡导和推行"校企合作"的人才培养模式,是让在岗从业人员成为高等应用型成教人才的有效途径。文章在分析此类人才培养模式可行性、特征表现和基本原则基础上,提出确保学校和企业所提供的教育服务和所培养人才质量的保障举措,旨在实现"校企合作"高等应用型成教人才培养的可持续发展。

Educationalists are increasingly concerned with the teaching model which closely combines colleges with enterprises,teaching with practice.Using Germany＇s teaching model ＂Dual System＂as reference,this model and its application in the enterprises are effective means for training the employed into high-level practical talents.Based on the analysis of its practicability,characteristics and basic principles,the article puts forward the guarantee regulations for talents quality and education provided by universities and enterprises for the sustainable development.
