高职教育的“高虚低就”问题及其对策

Problems and Their Countermeasures of "Virtual Height and Low Employment"in Higher Vocational Education

职业教育就是就业教育,高职教育的根本任务是培养高素质高技能的应用型人才,而技能虚高,就业偏低是当前高职教育普遍存在的一个问题,文章通过分析高职招生定位虚高、师资队伍虚高、学生素质虚高等问题,从社会参与、定点定向、增值专业技能等三个方面,提出了高职高技能人才培养及其就业策略。

Vocational education is career education.The fundamental task of the higher vocational education is to develop high-quality application of high-skilled talents and skills.Low employment of higher vocational education is a widespread problem.Through analysing the problems on virtual high positioning,virtual high teachers,virtual high quality of students sources,this paper puts forward highly skilled vocational training and employment strategies on three aspects：the social participation,fixed orientation and value-added expertise.
