摘要
本文在对中职工艺美术专业教师素质提高培训的实证调研基础上,从教师的基本信息、教学的基本信息、培训的基本信息等方面,分析出现阶段中职教师素质提高培训主要在师资总体、教师教学能力、培训机制等方面存在的问题。我们必须正视这些问题,从完善培训机制、创新培训课程和模式、建立教师培训质量评价指标体系等方面制定解决的对策。
This paper is based on the empirical research about training of improving the qualities of arts and design teachers in secondary vocational schools.From the basic information of teacher,teaching and training mechanism,etc.it analyses that at present,the problems of training secondary vocational school teachers lie in teachers,teaching ability,training mechanism and so on.These issues can not be ignored.In order to resolve the problems,we should develop the training mechanism,make innovation in the training courses and models,and establish the evaluation system of teacher training.
