摘要
关于文化与经济发展的关系,学术界分为文化决定论与文化无用论两个对立的学派。本文认为文化因素对发展的影响要求发展经济学家进行系统的、经验的横向比较以及历史的纵向比较,把文化因素运用到一个适当的理论分析框架中去探讨。经济发展会导致文化与制度发生诱致性变迁,是文化发展的前提和基础。但文化因素对经济具有巨大的影响,它主要通过制度模式与价值取向两种机制,甚至文化产业对经济发生作用。
There are two opposite schools in the academe on the relationship between culture and economic development,which are culture determinism and nothing to do with culture.This paper holds that it＇s necessary to put the culture factors into a proper theoretical framework,and the economists have to do the systematic and experimental comparison in the horizon direction and historical comparison in the vertical direction.Economic development as the precondition and basis of culture development,would lead to the transformation of culture and institution.In the other way,culture takes great effect on economy mainly by two organisms,i.e.institutional mode and value selection,and culture industry.
