摘要
日本大城市圈的民营铁路公司在日本城市近郊乃至城际交通的发展中一直发挥着重要的作用。以日本大城市圈的大型民营铁路公司为例,就日本民营铁路的多角化经营模式与城市开发进行探讨,对我国未来有效利用民间资本发展城市交通运输事业以及推进城市开发具有现实借鉴意义与参考价值。
Japan＇s metropolitan privately railway companies have been playing an important role in the development of the city＇s suburb and intercity＇s traffic.Nowdays,the 15 large-sized private railway companies are the typical representatives in diversification.The paper takes Japanese private railway companies as an example,and analyzes their characteristics of development,the phenomenon and motivation of diversification.Furthermore,it also deals with the Japanese way of railway management and city development,
