应用PCR技术快速检测禽肉中弯曲菌

Rapid detection of campylobacter in poultry meat using PCR technique

摘要 采集超市、农贸市场生鸡、鸭肉样品,通过弯曲菌富集培养基培养48h,应用PCR技术进行弯曲菌的检测。结果显示,169份禽肉样品中分离出42株弯曲菌,阳性检出率为24.85%,表明市售禽肉中有不同程度弯曲菌的污染,且存在弯曲菌病的可能性。PCR技术对弯曲菌的检测具有特异性强、灵敏度高、速度快和易操作等优点。 With acquisition fowl samples from supermarket, farmers market, cuhivation of campylobacter through the enrichment culture medium for 48h, PCR technique was used for detection of campylobacter. The results revealed that 42 strains of C. jejuni were isolated from 169 fowl samples, with the average positive rate 24.85% , and it indicated that there were varying degrees of campylobacter contamination in commercially available poultice meat, and there was the possibility of campylobacteriosis. In this study, PCR technology for detection of campylobacter has many advantages, such as strong specificity, high sensitivity, fast speed, easy to operate and so on.
