摘要
针对注塑机控制系统的监控发展要求,提出一种基于ARM和CAN总线技术的监控系统装置设计方案。系统硬件平台以LPC2478作为控制核心,CAN现场总线实现监控系统与PLC的通信;在LPC2478中嵌入μC/OS-||实时操作系统,实现多任务的调度,移植高性能图形软件μC/GUI支持实时监控应用软件的开发。通过试运行表明,采用该平台构建的监控系统具有实时性好、交互信息丰富、通用性及软硬件易升级等优点。
For the purpose of the monitoring system in Injection molding machine,this paper presents the design conception based on ARM and Can.This paper designs LPC2478 as a kernel controller.The embedded real-time operating system and the em- bedded GUI is introduced to be design Software Programming.Practice has shown that the monitoring system has the advantages of high-speed real-time,and friendly man-machine interface,and the system is easy to expend and upgrade.
