摘要
新医改政策为卫生管理专业的发展创造了战略机遇。实现专业跨越式发展要优化管理环境、变革管理体制,并在此基础上建构特色发展战略、实行全程管理模式、扩大专业办学规模、提高专业办学层次、增强专业人才素质。文章试图通过战略视觉,探讨促进卫生管理专业跨越式发展的对策。
The new medical reform policy creates a strategic opportunity for the professional development of health management. The basis of professional- leap- forward development is to optimize management of the environment ,change management system ,and then make characteristic strategies ,implement full management mode, expand the scale of professional schools so as to enhance the quality of professionals.
