盐酸氨溴素注射液治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察盐酸氨溴素注射液治疗婴幼儿毛细支气管炎临床疗效。方法:符合毛细支气管炎诊断标准的患儿136例随机分为治疗组、对照组。两组都给予综合治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用盐酸氨溴素注射液0.5m g/kg加入5%葡萄糖中静脉滴注,2次/天,连用7天。结果:治疗组咳嗽、气喘、肺部罗音消失时间及住院天数均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01),总有效率治疗组94.12%,对照组79.41%。两组比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸氨溴素治疗毛细支气管炎有显著疗效,而且安全。
