竞争战略与绩效关系研究述评 被引量:1

A Research on the Relationship between Competitive Strategy and Performance

摘要 本文认为,大多数学者关于竞争战略与绩效关系的研究都是基于迈尔斯与斯诺或波特对于战略类型的划分展开的,还有的学者在他们的基础上进行了整合,形成新的战略类型划分。基于迈尔斯与斯诺的战略类型划分进行研究的学者,有的认为各种战略手段能够获得相同的结果,也有的认为不同战略的绩效是不同的,二者的关系会在很大程度上因行业的不同而有所差异;基于波特的战略类型划分进行研究的学者则认为,采用竞争战略的公司绩效高,采用组合战略的绩效高于单一战略,低成本战略并不必然导致高绩效,差异化战略更易获得较高的绩效;整合式战略类型划分试图在迈尔斯与斯诺及波特的基础上寻求突破和创新,其战略划分的普遍适用性还需要进一步的研究加以检验。文章指出,绝大多数文献仅关注了二元关系,没有强调除战略本身之外的其他因素对绩效的作用,未来研究应尽可能地考虑多种因素的影响,以最大程度地贴近客观现实。 Foreign researchers have begun to concern on the relations hip between competitive strategies,such as the competitive strategy and non-competitive strategy,the mixed strategies and single strategy,and performance since 1970s'.There are consistency,conflicts and even opposition among researchers' conclusions because of the differences of research aspects,methods,samples and so on.But the achievement of these researches is of great significance for the related research in our country.The authors put forward that most of the researchers only pay attention to the dual-relationship but not the influences of other factors on the performance.So,in the future,researchers should give more consideration to influences of other factors to try to make the result to be more objective.
