用煤矸石作原料合成A型沸石分子筛工艺条件的探讨

RESEARCH ON THE TECHNOLOGICAL CONDITION OF THE SYNTHESIS OF AZEOLITE FROM GANGUE

本文利用煤矸石为原料，探讨了合成４Ａ沸石的工艺条件，并对该工艺条件下制得的４Ａ沸石产品进行了分析测试．结果表明该工艺条件适合于用煤矸石合成４Ａ沸石．

The technological condition is discussed in synthesizing A Zeolite from gangue. The A Zeolite, which is made by the technological condition, is tested and analyzed. The result shows that the technological condition is suitable for the synthesis of AZeolite with gangue as material.
