本文开发的信息管理系统（ＩＭＳ），能快速、准确、完整、方便地向卫星地面站提供接收大多数亚太地区广播通信卫星时所需的技术参数，并具有较完整的、人机界面友好的菜单管理．系统的可移植性、一致性、可修改性较好，可靠性较高．

Information Management System developed in this paper can provide necessary technique parameter quickly, accurately, completly and conveniently for receiving most of broadcast communication satellite in Asia and Pacific area. The system possesses complete and friendly human-machine interface menu management. The system possesses good portability, consistency, readability, modifiablity and high reliability.
