摘要
利用DSC法研究了拉伸对尼龙1010熔融与结晶的影响.结果表明,伸长倍数(λ)较低时,DSC曲线上只有一个溶融峰;λ较高时出现双熔融峰.λ≤1.5时,结晶度(Wc)随λ的增大而减小,λ>1.5时,Wc随λ的增大而增大,λ≤2.5时Wc随拉伸温度(Td)的升高而降低,λ≥3时,Wc与Td基本无关或略有上升.拉伸速度v=10mm/min,λ≈2.5和v=100mm/min,λ≈3.3时,熔程(ΔT)有一极大值,v=10mm/min时,ΔT与Td无关,v=100mm/min,Td≈80℃时,ΔT有一极大值.熔点Tm随λ的增大略有下降,而与Td和v无关.
The effect of drawing on the melting and crystalizing behaviours of nylon 1010 is studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results indicate that there is only one melting peak in DSC curves when the drawing ratio(λ) is low, and there are two melting peaks when λ is high.Crystallinity (Wc) decreases as increasing λ when λ≤1.5,and Wc increases as increasing λ when λ>1.5. Wc decreases linearly as raising the drawing temperature (Td) when λ≤2.5,and Wc is basically independent to Td or increases slightly when λ≥3. The melting point (Tm) is independent to Td and the drawing speed (v).The melting range (ΔT) has a maximum when Td≈80 ℃.
