氧化锌掺杂对氧化锆电解质导电性能影响 被引量:1

Effect of zinc oxide doping on conductivity properties of zirconia electrolyte

摘要 用柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备了8YSZ(Y2O3物质的量分数为8%的ZrO2)纳米粉体,研究预烧温度对粉体粒径的影响,煅烧温度对试样的致密度、电导率的影响。研究表明预烧温度增加,粉体的粒径增加,500℃预烧粉体的粒径为5nm。烧结温度提高,试样致密度增加,试样的电导率也增加;但烧结温度从1300℃提高到1400℃,试样致密度继续增加,而试样的电导率不变。在试样中掺杂氧化锌可以促进烧结,当氧化锌掺量大于2%(物质的量分数)后,试样的电导率下降。 8YSZ (amount-of-substance of Y2O3 in ZrO2 is 8%)nano-powder was prepared by sol-gel method in citric acid medium.Effect of pre-sintered temperature on powder size and effect of sintered temperature on powder density and conductivity were studied.Results indicated that the powder size increased while pre-sintered temperature was raised;its size was 5 nm at 500 ℃;density and conductivity both increased when sintered temperature was raised;density continued to increase but conductivity remained unchanged when sintered temperature raised from 1 300 ℃ to 1 400 ℃;sintering can be promoted when the sample was doped by ZnO;conductivity decreased when ZnO content was more than 2%(amount-of-substance fraction).
