锰/γ-氧化铝催化剂的制备研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用γ-氧化铝为载体,以等体积浸渍法制备了锰/γ-氧化铝催化剂。以丙酸为原料,利用酸脱羧法在固定床反应器上合成了3-戊酮。研究了催化剂的制备条件对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,锰的负载量为10%~13%(质量分数),浸渍时间为5h,焙烧温度为450~600℃时制得的催化剂活性最优。在此条件下,丙酸转化率大于95%,选择性大于90%。对催化剂的寿命进行了研究,其寿命达到80h。制得的催化剂用红外光谱进行了表征,结果表明锰进入了γ-氧化铝晶格内形成了Mn—O—Al键。 Mn/γ-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared by isopyknic soaking method,using γ-Al2O3 as supporter.3-pentanone was synthesized by acid-decarboxylation method in fixed bed reactor with propionic acid as raw material.Influences of preparation conditions on catalyst activity were researched.Results showed that the optimal preparing conditions were as follows:loading amount of Mn was 10%~13%(mass fraction);impregnation time was 5 h;and calcination temperature was between 450~600 ℃.Under these conditions the percent conversion of propionic acid was over 95% and selectivity was over 90%.Catalyst life test indictated that the life of Mn/γ-Al2O3 reached 80 h.FT-IR characterization of catalyst showed that Mn entered into crystal lattices of Al2O3 and new chemical bond Mn—O—Al was formed.
