摘要
阐述了聚合硫酸铁的用途及净水原理。催化氧化法生产聚合硫酸铁是在催化剂(如亚硝酸钠、硝酸等)的作用下,利用空气或氧气将亚铁离子氧化为铁离子,经水解和聚合获得聚合硫酸铁。直接氧化法生产聚合硫酸铁是直接通过强氧化剂(如次氯酸钠、氯酸钠和过氧化氢等)将亚铁离子氧化为铁离子,经水解和聚合获得聚合硫酸铁。通过对两种聚合硫酸铁的生产工艺、过程控制、生产成本及优缺点等进行对比分析,得出直接氧化法生产工艺简单,反应速率快,生产周期短,对环境的污染小,有较好的环境和经济效益。
Uses of polyferric sulfate (PFS) and its water purifying principle were introduced.Catalytic oxidation method is a PFS production mehtod which is making use of air or oxygen to oxidize ferrous ions into ferric ions under the action of catalyst (such as NaNO2 and HNO3),and then PFS could be produced by hydrolysis and polymerization.Direct oxidation method is through strong oxidants (such as NaClO,NaClO3,and H2O2) to oxidize ferrous ions into ferric ions directly,and then get PFS after hydrolysis and polymerization.Through the comparision and analysis on production processes,process control,production costs,advantages,and disadvantages of the two methods,it was found that direct oxidation method had better environmental and economic benefits due to its simpler production process,faster reaction rate,shorter production cycle,and smaller environmental pollution.
