摘要
将生物技术引入聚合硫酸铁的生产过程,制备出生物聚合铁。为强化生物聚合铁的除油性能,制备了纳米四氧化三铁和超细粉体三氧化二铁,分别考察了两者与生物聚合铁联合应用时的除油性能。结果表明复合絮凝剂对含油废水的处理效果均优于单独使用生物聚合铁时的处理效果,且纳米四氧化三铁与生物聚合铁复合絮凝剂处理含油废水的效果优于三氧化二铁超细粉体与生物聚合铁复合絮凝剂的处理效果。处理微量含油废水时三氧化二铁超细粉体最佳加药量为3mg/L,纳米四氧化三铁最佳加药量为2mg/L,最高除油率可达94.8%。
BPFS (bio-polyferric sulfate) was prepared by introducing biological technique to polyferric sulfate production.In order to strengthen the oil removal performance of BPFS,nano-sized Fe3O4 and superfine Fe2O3 power were prepared,then combined with BPFS to treat oily wastewater,respectively.Oil removal performances of the two sets of complex coagulant were investigated.Results showed that the treatment effect of the complex coagulants on treating oily wastewater was superior to single BPFS and the treatment effect of nano-sized Fe3O4/BPFS complex coagulant was superior to that of Fe2O3 power/BPFS.On treating mini-oily wastewater,the optimal addition dosages of superfine Fe2O3 power and nano-sized Fe3O4 were 3 mg/L and 2 mg/L,respectively,and the highest oil removal rate could be up to 94.8%.
