摘要
研究用硼氢化钾还原－分光光度法测定植物性食物中的硒．结果表明：方法的相对误差小于０．６％，变异系数不大于１％，回收率在９６％～１０３％之间．
Spetrophotometric determination of selenium in the vegetable food with potassium borohydride reduction is studied.The results show that the relative error is less than 0.6%,coeffcient of variation is not more than 1% and recovery is in the range from 96% to 103%.
