摘要
本文研究具雪崩项的半导体方程的稳态模型，经过逼近过程和先验估计，在一定条件下，证明了该问题稳态弱解的存在性．
The mixed boundary value problem of the stationary semiconductor equations with avalanche term are considered and an existence results is finished.
