摘要
从分析国内外现有珩磨工具存在的问题入手,着重解决超硬材料精密小深孔珩磨加工中走偏量较大、圆度误差较大等问题,提出了一种三导向的BTA型珩磨工具结构,使超硬材料精密小深孔加工的质量得到了很大提高.
Begining with problem analysis of the present honing tools, this paper puts forward with BTA type honing tool with three direction-guiding blocks to solve the problems of big error of straightness and roundness. The machining quality of small deep precise hole in super hard material is improved greatly with the new honing tool.
