摘要
以铁卟啉(Fe-TPPS4)作为过氧化物模拟酶,并以该酶催化过氧化氢氧化扑热息痛的荧光反应为基础,建立了用荧光度法测定速效伤风胶囊中扑热息痛含量的新方法.激发和发射波长分别为311.2nm与432.3nm,线性范围是0~8.0μg/ml(r=0.9970)和12.0~22.0μg/ml(r=0.9998).该方法用于药物样品的测定.
Based on the catalytic fluorescence reaction of mimetic peroxidase (Fe TPPS 4) and paracetamol with hydrogen peroxidase, a new method for the determination of paracetamol in drug by fluorescence spectrophotomety is provided. The exitation and emission wave lengths are 311.2nm and 432.3nm, respectively. The linear ranges are 0~8.0μg/ml( r =0.9970)and 12.0~22.0μg/ml ( r =0.9998).The method has been applied to determination of the sample with a satisfactory result.
