摘要
为更好地追踪PLM系统内的客户需求信息,提出一种PLM多视图客户需求信息模型。应用函数形式化方法,研究各视图模型间的映射关系机制,并采用多层行为体系描述客户视图信息的动态特征。运用矩阵方法获取PLM系统不同阶段内客户对服装不同需求的数据、过程、资源等信息,使PLM系统在客户需求基础上,制订设计、制造、销售等阶段实施策略。最后,以某服装企业为例,进行应用研究。结果表明,研究服装企业的PLM客户需求信息模型,优化了系统实施的需求结构资源,能更好地满足客户需求。
In order to track the customer information in PLM,the paper puts forward a multi-view informational model of customer requirement for PLM.The mechanism of mapping-relation between view models is studied based on a formalized function method.The dynamic characteristic of view information is depicted by adopting multilayer behavioral system.In the example modeling,the matrix is applied to obtain such information as data,process,and resource of different types of customers and in different phases in PLM.On the basis of customer requirement,PLM establishes the strategy of design,manufacture,sale and call back.Finally,the theory is verified by practical examples.The result reveals that the information model of customer requirement in PLM system optimizes the resource of requirement structure in system implementation and better meets customers' requirements.
