随着高校基建规模的扩大,如何对高校基建管理成为高校基建面临的重要问题。本文首先分析了高校基建的特点,改进基建管理模式,加强基建管理工作,并引出了几点思考。

With the expand of construction project of colleges and universities,it is important problem for managements of construction project of colleges and universities. The paper firstly analyzes the characteristics＇of construction project of colleges and universities, and improves mode of managements of construction work,and enforces managements of construction work,and puts forward to some considerations.
