摘要
介绍了安钢烧结厂节能型点火炉的增产降耗改造情况。改造后的点火炉与原来相比:点火温度提高40—80℃,点火热耗降低55MJ/t,且使烧结机点火位置前移550mm,烧结机综合生产能力提高3.60％,经济效益显著。
Technical transformation of using energy-saving firing hood to increase product output and decrease consumption in AISGC (Anyang Iron &Steel Group Co. Ltd. )is introduced. Comparing with the former one,the firing temperature of firing hood after transformation increased by 40-80 C ,firing heat consumption decreased by 55MJ/t,the firing position of sintering machine moved forward by 550mm,the overall production capacity of sintering machine increased by 3.60% and the economic benefits are remarkable.
