摘要
应用超声显象对16例嗜铬细胞瘤进行了检查,均经手术和病理证实,其中位于右侧肾上腺7例,左侧4例,5例为异位嗜铬细胞瘤.超声显象与手术和病理诊断结果比较均相符合.文中较详细地描述了嗜铬细胞瘤的声象图表现,并就其超声检查的改进方法、定位诊断和鉴别诊断等问题进行了讨论.
This paper presents the ultrasonographic results of 16 patients with pheochromocytoma confirmed by surgical and pathological results. Among the patients there, were 7 with right adrenal pheochromocytoma, 4 with left adrena pheochromocytoma and 5 with ectopic pheochromocytoma. In this paper, detailed descriptions of sonographic findings are given, and the improved method of ultrasonic detection,and the positional diagnosis and differentialdiagnosis of pheochromocytoma are discussed.
