摘要
自2002年以来,马钢通过不断地技术创新,开发了多种对转炉和高炉污泥的循环利用技术,并成功实施。至2007年7月,实现了马钢所有钢厂转炉污泥在厂区内部循环利用;至2009年7月,实现了马钢所有铁厂高炉瓦斯泥在厂区内部循环利用。该系列技术的应用,在为马钢减少冶金废弃物排放取得社会效益的同时,也给马钢创造了显著的经济效益。
Since 2002, Masteel has developed manifold recycling utilization technologies of converter and blast furnace sludge through continuous technical innovation and has successfully implemented them. The plant interior recycling use of converter sludge in all steel plants of Masteel has been realized up to July of 2007, and the plant interior recycling use of blast furnace gas sludge in all iron-making plants of Masteel has been realized up to July of 2009. The application of these technologies has reduced the metallurgical wastes emission and has created social benefits as well as remarkable economic benefits for M asteel.
