在韶钢6号烧结机原料保料工程中,通过利用原有PLC控制系统,对其软、硬件进行升级改造,并对远距离通讯网络进行优化,大大提高了自动控制水平,使系统更加稳定、完善,大幅度提高了设备作业率,保证了生产的稳定顺行。
In view of raw material blending yard reconstruction project of Shaosteel No.6 sinter machine, by using the existing PLC control system,its software and hard ware were upgraded, and the long - distance communication network was optimized, so the automatical control level was improved significantly, which makes the system more stable and more perfect, the equipment availability was increased substantailly and the smooth production was guaranteed.
