摘要
介绍了2008年年底以来新钢烧结厂在降低烧结矿碱度方面所做的工作,包括:不同碱度水平的试验室研究;在试验研究的基础上,实施稳定原料质量,提高生石灰配比,优化配矿等措施。通过开展这些工作,保证了烧结矿碱度降至1.8以下时,其产质量指标仍能较好地满足高炉生产要求。
The work that the Xinsteel has done in reducing sinter alkalinity since the end of 2008, such work includes the following：, laboratory study on different alkalinity level, implementing measures on the basis of laboratory study, such as stabilizing raw material quality, improving quick lime proportion and optimizing proportioning etc. Through carrying out the work, the sinter alkalinity was reduced below 1.8, and the sinter output and quality indexes could still well meet the production requirements of blast furnace.
