摘要
负载模拟系统是在航天型号半实物仿真环节中非常重要的一环,特别是在加载量变化的时候,除了对负载模拟器跟踪的快速性、准确性有很高的要求,对于其超调性也有严格要求。基于此种要求,在使用结构不变性前馈补偿消除加载系统多余力的同时,提出了基于FUZZY—PID的加载系统控制方案,结合变加载系统的数学模型进行仿真。仿真结果表明,使用该控制方案的变加载系统能够快速、准确地跟踪载荷谱,并能有效减小系统超调,使系统获得良好的控制性能,具有较好的应用价值。
The system of loading simulator is a very important part of hardware-in-the-loop simulation,especially when the load is variable.It requires not only to track the instruction quickly and accurately,but also to strictly claim on overshoot.The simulator makes use of the preceding compensation based on structure invariance principle to eliminate the surplus torque,and the control method based on FUZZY—PID control is implemented,which is integrated into simulation system based on the model of variable loading.The result shows that the system can track the instruction quickly and accurately and can also reduce the overshoot.This method has improved dynamic and static control performance of the system and has better applied value.
