人脑肿瘤已糖激酶的活性测定

Determination of Hexokinase Activity in Human Brain Tumors

测定10例良性胶质瘤、18例恶性胶质瘤、12例良性脑膜瘤和1例恶性脑膜瘤的溶解性和总体己糖激酶(Hexokinase,HK)活性,以18例正常脑组织作对照.结果表明:良性与恶性脑瘤的HK活性明显低于正常脑组织(P<0.01).良性脑瘤的总体HK活性明显低于恶性脑瘤(P<0.05),脑膜瘤的HK活性明显低于良性及恶性胶质瘤(P<0.05,P<O.01);还发现溶解性HK活性的比例依正常脑、恶性胶质瘤、良性胶质瘤和脑膜瘤顺次升高.说明脑瘤组织HK活性的变化与脑瘤的病理性质和恶性程度有关.

The soluble and total hexokinase(HK)activities were determined in 10 benign gliomas. 18 malignent gliomas, 12 benign meningiomas and 1 malignant meningioma, and were compared with those obtained from 18 normal brain tissues. The results showed that the HK activities of the benign and malignant brain tumors were significantly lower than those in the normal brains (P <0. 01) , the total HK activity in the benign brain tumors was lower than that in the malignant ones (P < 0. 05), and the soluble and total HK activities in the meningiomas were lower than those of the gliomas(P<0. 05,P<0. 01). And the proportion of soluble HK activity in the normal brains, malignant gliomas, benign gliomas and meningiomas was in ascending order of level. Thereby it was suggested that the change of the HK activites in the brain tumors was correlated with the pathologic type and grade of the brain tumors.
