摘要
通过大量实验确定了由三氯氧磷法合成三(氟乙氧基)磷酸酯(TFP)的工艺路线及最佳工艺条件,并对其进行了精制的后处理,最终得到主含量99.99%低水分的样品,完全符合锂离子电池电解液的使用要求,其阻燃效果显著。
Based on a large number of experiments, the process route and the optimum condition of preparing tris(2, 2,2-trifluoroethoxyl) phosphate (TFP) by phosphorus oxychloride method were determined. After post-refining treatment, the finished sample is low in moisture and its main content can reach 99.99%, which can totally conform to the operating requirement of lithium-ion batteries and its inflaming retarding effect is obvious as well.
