摘要
采用料浆喷涂法在ITO导电玻璃上制备了纳米晶TiO2,SEM测试结果表明该薄膜呈多孔结构,构成薄膜的TiO2颗粒均为20~30nm,薄膜的厚度能够很好地控制在5~20μm之间。将此薄膜组装成染料敏化太阳电池(DSSC),在标准模拟太阳光(AM1.5G)下测试,短路电流密度达7.78mA/cm2、光电转换效率为1.94%。讨论了制备工艺对电池性能的影响。
Nano-TiO2 thin film was prepared using TiO2 (P25) powder by colloidal spray coating. The microstructure of TiO2 thin films was characterized and analyzed by SEM and it is found that the TiO2 film is porous, the size of TiO2 granule is 20-30 nm, and the thickness of the film can be well controlled at 5-20μm. The TiO2 film was used to assemble a dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC). The DSSC was tested in the standard simulation sunlight (AM 1.5G). The short-current density is 7.78 mA/cm2 and the photoelectric conversion efficiency reaches 1.94%. The impact of preparation technology on DSSC performance was discussed.
