摘要 通过分析电力机车劈相机辅助供电存在的问题,研究设计了一种静止式的交直交变流器,采用"一整多逆"的电路结构方案,应用于SS3B电力机车为辅助电机供电。变流器输入将原来并联绕制的两个变压器"双饼绕组"改为串联连接以提高输入电压。将逆变器输出的SPWM波滤波成"准正弦波",以满足普通异步电动机的运行要求。按照电力机车辅机的类型和运行工况,给三个逆变器单元分配负载。 The static AC-DC-AC converter was designed by analyzing the problems exist in the auxiliary power supply for electric locomotive, which adopted a circuit structure including one rectifier and multi-inverters for SS3B electric locomotive auxiliary power supply. The converter input power source was changed to series winding forms from the original two parallel winding of main transformers. The SPWM wave of inverter output was filtering to a "quasi-sine wave" to meet the general requirements of induction motor operation. According to the type and operating conditions of the auxiliary motors for the electric locomotive, the load of the three inverter units was distributed.
