摘要
将实验室自制的环压增强剂在瓦楞原纸中应用,讨论了打浆度以及添加量对瓦楞原纸紧度、挺度、抗张指数和环压指数的影响,并与进口环压增强剂作了比较。实验得出,36°SR为最佳打浆度,自制环压增强剂在添加量为1.2%时紧度、挺度、抗张指数和环压指数可分别比空白样提高26.09%、34.66%、19.06%和41.52%。
A ring crush strengthening agent, which was synthesized in laboratory, was applied in the corrugated medium and compared with imported one. The effects of beating degree and added amount of the strengthening agent on tightness, stiffness, tensile index were investigated. The results showed that the optimal beating degree of paper furnish was 36°SR. The tightness, stiffness, tensile index and ring crush index were increased by 26.09%, 34.66%, 19.06% and 41.52%,respectively when the dosage of the strengthening agent was 1.2% based on oven dry pulp.
