摘要
通过大脑^(123)I-β-CIT的SPECT显像,分析7例单侧帕金森病人症状同侧及症状对侧纹状体特异性^(123)I-β-CIT的摄取,正常人纹状体3h及18h特异性进取^(123)I-β-CIT为(3.0±0.5)和(5.5±0.6).病人症状对侧纹状体3h及18h特异性摄取^(123)I-β-CIT为(2.0±0.8)和(3.1±0.4);症状同侧为(2.3±0.4)和(4.0±0.5).与正常人比较,病人双侧纹状体的^(123)I-β-CIT特异性摄取有明显下降(P<0.01).症状同侧纹状体摄取的下降与年龄有关(P<0.05);症状对侧纹状体摄取的下降与年龄无关(P>0.05)、本研究显示,早期帕金森病人双侧纹状体多巴胺转运体有不同程度的丢失,症状对侧更明显.
To investigate the loss of dopamine transporters in hemi-Parkinson's disease using 123I-β-CIT/SPECT. Seven patients with hemi-Parkinson's disease and 7 age-and sex-matched healthy subjects were studied by 123I -β-CIT/SPECT. Striatal specific uptake of 123I-β-CIT was calculated according to the ratio of striatum and cerebellum. Mean striatal specific uptake of 123I-β-CIT in healthy subjects was 3.0±0.5 and 5.5±0. 6,respective to 3h and 18h after injection. Striatal specific uptake in contralateral to the clinically symptomatic side was 2. 0± 0. 8 and 3. 1±0. 4 ;in ipsilateral striatum was 2. 3±0. 4 and 4. 0±0. 5. There was a significant reduction of striatal tracer uptake in PD patients compared to the controls. Patients age have correlation with the reduction of tracer uptake in striatum of normal subjects and contralater- al striatum of patients but have not correlation with ipsilateral striatum. Our study showed that dopamine transporters bilaterally lost in early PD patinets. 123I -β-CIT uptake in contralateral striatum was reduced more severe than in ipsilateral striatum.
