The article firstly annotates the connotation of the historical culture block,puts forward to pay high attention to the development and protection in the city construction.Taking the road traffic construction of the historical culture protected areas of Pingan Street,Guangan Street and Nanchizi, and Qianmen Area in Beijing as the case,the article discusses in detail the relative methods how to defer to the history,how to continue the context and how to protect the whole scene,pattern and texture of the historical block,and the writer's rational thinking so as to provide the referable experience and material to the craft brothers locally for creating a harmonious,communion,livable and sustainable developing urban environment.
