摘要 该文以长江隧桥B1标工程50 m跨连续箱梁现浇施工为背景,介绍了SLMSS-50型下行式自推进移动模架快速施工现浇箱梁技术。该移动模架跨度为50 m(最大可达60 m),承重达1500 t。综合采用钢支撑立柱式墩旁支撑系统、折叠式底模支撑横梁和纵向滑移式悬吊系统等,通过液压顶落、横向开合和整体纵向过孔等技术,实现了造桥机的快速拼装、走行并有效缩短箱梁施工时间。通过预压试验,验证了移动模架的安全性和可靠性,并为线形控制提供依据。现浇箱梁施工以内模设计与加工,混凝土浇筑方法与组织、合理缩短浇筑所需时间,以及采用PDCA质量管理方法进行线形控制为重点。通过以上措施大大缩短了箱梁节段的施工周期,并在线形控制上取得突破。 Taking the cast-in-situ construction of 50-m span continuous box girder in B1 Bid Project of Changjiang River Tunnel Bridge as the background,the article introduces the rapid construction cast-in-situ box girder technology by SLMSS-50 down self-pushing form traveler.The span of this form traveler is 50 m(the longest 60 m) and the bearing weight is 1500 t.The brace system nearby the steel brace column pier,folded formwork brace crossbeam and longitudinal slip suspending system are comprehensively used to realize the repaid assembly and traveling of the bridge erector and efficiently to shorten the construction time of box girder by the technologies of hydraulic support and drop,transverse opening and closing and integral longitudinal holing.It can be to validate the security and reliability of form traveler by the pre-pressure experiment and to provide the basis for the control of the alignment.The time required for the construction of the cast-in-situ box girder can be shortened by the design and processing of the inner formwork,the reasonable organization and concrete pouring method,and by attaching most importance to control the alignment using PDCA quality management method.The above measures can greatly shorten the construction period of box girder,and make the breakthrough on the alignment control.
