摘要
目的:建立栽培川贝母中总生物碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法,以西贝碱为对照品,以溴甲酚绿为显色剂,在416nm波长下进行测定。结果:西贝碱的检测浓度在4.5~14.5μg·mL-1范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996);平均回收率为98.76%,RSD=2.5%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于栽培川贝母的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for the determination of total alkaloid in cultivated BulBus Fritillariae Cirrhosae. METHODS:Spectrophotography was used to determine the content of total alkaloids with kashmirine as control,bromocresol green as colored indicator at detection wavelength of 416 nm. RESULTS:The linear range of kashmirine were 4.5~14.5 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 6) with an average recovery of 98.76%(RSD=2.5%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate and relia-ble for the quality control of cultivated BulBus Fritillariae Cirrhosae.
