美宝湿润烧伤膏在聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变中的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment for White Lesions of the Vulva Treated with Focused Ultrasound

目的:观察美宝湿润烧伤膏对聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变术后保护治疗区皮肤的临床疗效。方法:将128例外阴白色病变采用聚焦超声治疗后的患者随机等分为2组,试验组采用美宝湿润烧伤膏进行保护,对照组采用紫草油进行保护,观察2组疗效,比较患者的舒适度和满意度。结果:2组临床疗效和水肿消除时间比较无显著性差异;在舒适度和满意度方面,试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:美宝湿润烧伤膏是聚焦超声治疗外阴白色病变术后保护治疗区皮肤的一种有效的外用药物。

OBJECTIVE：To explore the protective effect of Moist exposed burn ointment （MEBO） on skin of therapy area after white lesions of the vulva were treated by focused ultrasound. METHODS：128 patients with white lesions of the vulva underwent focused ultrasound were randomized into trial group and control group. Trial group were treated with MEBO and control group with lithospermi oil. Efficacies of two groups were observed and degree of comfort and satisfaction in both groups were compared. RESULTS：No significant difference were observed in therapeutic effect and duration of edema elimination between two groups. The degree of comfort and of satisfaction in trial group were significantly higher in control group（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSI-ON：MEBO is a kind of drug for external use to protect skin of therapy area after the white lesions of the vulva are treated by focused ultrasound.
