甘精胰岛素对糖尿病肾病患者透析过程中血糖波动的影响 被引量：7

摘要 测定26例维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者先后使用甘精胰岛素、精蛋白锌胰鸟素时透析前、透析2h、透析结束时、透析结束后2h血糖。结果:透析前两组血糖和胰岛素用量无差异(P>0.05);透析2h精蛋白锌胰岛素组较甘精胰岛素组低,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);透析结束时、透析结束后2h精蛋白锌胰岛素组较甘精胰岛素组降低(P<0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素较精蛋白锌胰岛素透析期间血糖下降慢,透析结束后血糖恢复快,更不容易发生低血糖。
