中枢神经系统血管母细胞瘤的诊断和治疗 被引量：4

摘要 总结华山医院(1989年8月～1996年12月)收治的115例血管母细胞瘤病例,其中有详细病史者77例,包括囊性肿瘤43例,实质性肿瘤34例.诊断主要依靠CT、MRI和DSA.77例详细病史者均手术治疗,其中囊性肿瘤全切42例,术后症状改善41例、不变2例;实质性肿瘤全切29例、次全切除5例,术后症状改善24例、不变或加重4例、死亡6例.结果提示,CT和(或)MRI、DSA是CNS血管母细胞瘤诊断的必要手段,手术全切是最佳治疗方案,术前栓塞和术后放疗或立体定向放射外科是有效的辅助治疗方法.
