6014份痰液标本中检出329株铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的分析呼吸内科分离的铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)耐药性,为PAE感染的临床治疗提供依据。方法回顾性调查医院2009年1~9月PAE感染情况,对分离的329株PAE药敏试验结果进行统计分析。结果329株铜绿假单胞菌对抗菌药物活性最好的依次是多黏菌素B、阿米卡星、妥布霉素、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、环丙沙星、头孢他啶、庆大霉素;329株铜绿假单胞菌对复方新诺明、四环素、米诺环素的耐药率〉90.0%;对第三代半合成头孢菌素头孢噻肟耐药率也达到73.9%。结论PAE是医院感染的主要病原菌之一,对其加强耐药性监测,合理应用抗菌药物十分重要,应严格控制广谱抗菌药物使用指征。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the drug resistance of Pseudornonas aeruginosa (PAE) isolated from respiratory internal medicine department, and provide evidences to clinical therapy of PAE infection. METHODS The situation of PAE infection was surveyed retrospectively from Jan to Sept, 2009. The drug sensitive test results of 329 PAE isolates PAE were statistically analyzed. RESULTS The best activity of 329 strains PAE to antibacterial drugs by sequence was polymyxin B, amikacin, tobramycin, cefoperazone/Sulbactam, eiprofloxaein, eeftazidime, and gentamicin. The drug resistance rate of 329 strains PAE to sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim, tetracycline and minoeycline reached above 90.0%, and the rate to cefotaxime, and third-generation semi-synthetic cephalosporin, also reached to 73.9%. CONCLUSIONS PAE is one of main pathogens of hospital infection, so it is very important that its drug resistance detection should be reinforced, antibacterial drugs should be used reasonably, the use indications of broad spectrum antibacterial drugs should be controlled severely.
