前庭大腺脓肿弧形切开引流配合冲洗的疗效观察

Effect of Arc Incision and Drainage on Treatment of Bartholin Gland Abscess

目的探讨前庭大腺脓肿的治疗方法。方法采用弧形切口,切开引流前庭大腺脓肿,分别配合甲硝唑液和庆大霉素液冲洗的方法治疗前庭大腺脓肿,观察比较试验组与对照组的治愈天数、经济费用、有效率。结果试验组比对照组比较有效率均为100.0%,试验组治愈天数及药费分别为(5.34±1.31)d、(8.8±1.9)元,对照组治愈天数及药费分别为(7.56±1.37)d、(16.0±2.2)元;试验组愈合快,经济费用少。结论前庭大腺脓肿弧形切口切开引流术有利于脓液引流通畅,术后配合庆大霉素液冲洗能有效控制致病菌,使脓肿愈合快。

OBJECTIVE To explore the treatment of bartholin′s gland abscess.METHODS Drainage of bartholin′s gland abscess after curved incision were taken and washed with metronidazole and gentamicin.The number of days of healing,economic cost,efficiency with metronidazole and gentamicin,were compared between the experimental and contrd group.RESULTS The effective rate of the experimental group and control group were 100%.The economic cost and the cure days in experimental group were 5.34±1.31 days,8.80± 1.90 yuan,in the control group were 7.56±1.37 days,16.0±2.2 yuan.CONCLUSIONS Curved incision of is good for Bartholin′s gland abscess drainage.Washing by gentamicin solution can effectively control pathogen′s growth and healing.
