To Strengthen Management of Nosocomial Infection in Diabetic Foot Department

目的探讨糖尿病足科医院感染管理的特点,预防和控制医院感染的发生。方法强化医院感染控制意识,建立健全糖尿病足科感染监控体系,严格落实。结果认真执行有效消毒隔离制度和感染监测制度,使糖尿病足科医院感染得到有效控制。结论只有通过规范化管理,才能减少糖尿病足科医院感染的发生率。

OBJECTIVE To explore the feature of nosocomial infection management in diabetic foot department and to control and prevent the nosocomial infection.METHODS The consciousness about nosocomial infection among medical staff was strengthened,and the infection monitoring and control system was established completely and carried out strictly.RESULTS Effective sterilization and isolation measures and infection monitoring system put in practice strictly,so nosocomial infection in our diabetic foot department was controlled effectively.CONCLUSIONS Strictly standardizing management is the effective measure to reduce the nosocomial infection rate in diabetic foot department.
