Teachers＇psychological contract is formed in the process of pre-work experiences, practice work of new recruits and socialization of early work. A perfect set of managing mechanisms for the school psychological contracts will enable the teachers to be indentified with the school and bring about the formation of value consciousness of school group. Thus, a school will develop in an ideal way and attain its lofty objectives.
