内脂素在妊娠期糖尿病中的表达及意义

The expression and significance of visfatin of gestational diabetes

目的探讨内脂素,胰岛素与妊娠期糖尿病的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验法检测50例妊娠期糖尿病患者(研究组),和30例正常妊娠孕妇(对照组)孕24-36周外周血中内脂素胰岛素表达水平。结果随孕周增加,血清内脂素和胰岛素呈逐渐增加趋势,相同时间段内研究组血清内脂素,胰岛素的表达均显著高于对照组,(χ2visfatin=5.00,P<0.05;χ2insulinum=5.03,P<0.05),且两者呈正相关,结论内脂素可能通过影响糖脂代谢,参与胰岛素抵抗,在妊娠期糖尿病发病中可能有重要作用。

Objective：To study the relationship between visfatin and insulin and gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods：To detected the serum expressions level of visfatin and insulinum of 50 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus patients as study group,and 30 cases of normal pregnant women as control group,with Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,who were pregnant from 24 weeks to 36 weeks.Results：With the increase of gestational age,the serum expressions level of visfatin and insulin showed a gradual increase trend.In the same time period the expression levels of the two factors in gestational diabetes mellitus ones had significant difference with the control group （χ2 visfatin =5.00,P0.05;χ2 insulinum =5.03,P0.05） study group Su-serum lipid,insulin expression were significantly higher,（χ2 = 4.3,P= 0.014）,and had a positive correlation between the two groups.Conclusion：Visfatin possible effects of glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance,which play an important role in the development of gestational diabetes mellitus.
