通过对山西研究开发(R&D)人力资源投入的现状分析,寻找差距,进而提出了山西R&D人力资源投入应采取的对策。
After analyzing the current situation and gaps of the R＆D human resources input in Shanxi, the paper proposes some measures to improve it.
