信息技术产业的转型要求职业技术教育人才观的更新。创造型人才的成功开拓了我们的新视野;要想在瞬息万变的IT世界里保持领先,必须要有创造性思维;要使我国成为真正的IT业大国,就要提高全民的创造性素质,新课程理念下的职业教育改革应运而生。专业课教师首先要保持自身的创造性理念,文章就IT业转型所带来的创造型人才培养的必然性进行了讨论。

The transformation of IT industry need the change of the ideas of vocational education.Creative talents broaden out view,we must think creatively to be in the front of the ever-changing IT world and the creative quality of the people must be promoted to make China real power of IT industry,therefore,the reform of vocational education with the idea of the new curriculum emerged and teachers of professional courses should be creative themselves.The paper probes into the inevitability of the cultivation of creative talents caused by the transformation.
