摘要
国有企业经营者的收入分配是工资收入分配中一个争议较大的话题,如何规范经营者收入,建立健全与经营者业绩挂钩的考核激励体系,适当缩小与职工的收入差距是人力资源工作的重要课题。
The income distribution among the management of state-owned enterprises is a controversial topic in wage distribution,and how to regulate their income,build and perfect the stimulating system connected with their performance and shorten the distance between their income and workers' is a subject in human resources management.
