摘要
商业秘密的法律保护是我国法学界和司法实践中一个重要课题,商业秘密作为企业的一种无形资产,越来越受到广大企业的重视。文章从我国商业秘密法律保护的状况及存在问题入手,提出了完善我国商业秘密法律保护的建议。
The legal protection of business secrets is an important subject in the legal field and judicial practice and as the intangible assets of enterprises,it has been attached much importance to.The paper,based on the current situation and problems of legal protection in China,puts forward some suggestions to perfect the protection.
